Two UNIC members – Nokian Tyres and Organic Systems – shared the best compliance practices.  Ganna Gerasymchuk of Nokian Tyres LLC shared her experience of building a compliance system from the scratch and told how compliance works in the company with 100-year-old history. Kostiantyn Furman of Organic Systems spoke about the situation their company faced while building one of the largest processing plants in Europe and how they benefitted from high ethical standards. UNIC is not only a platform uniting the responsible businesses, but also an educational project fostering the idea of business integrity and transparency among the community and businesses.
